30-Day Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days from ship date for a full refund. Prior to returning the product(s) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested and approved. Upon approval, return details and shipping instructions will be emailed.
Eligibility Requirements
Returned products must be in new, factory-sealed, condition with all the accessories and packaging. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will result in a restocking fee or a refused return. Returns must be shipped in a double box to avoid damage with an RMA number on the outside of the box. Returns that are damaged in shipment may result in a reduced refund or a refused return. All shipping expenses are non-refundable, insuring your shipment is advised.
Warranty Policy
In the case of a warranty claim, if an item is determined to be defective and under warranty it will be repaired or replaced, solely at the manufacturer’s discretion. Items returned under warranty must be accompanied by an RMA. Unless advised otherwise, all warrantied items must be returned to the manufacturer before any final warranty determination can be made. Unless advised otherwise, all warrantied items must be returned before any replacement can be shipped.
Refunds can take up to 1 week to be refunded back to your payment method once they have been received, you will be notified via email once the refund has been completed.
